1. A promise was that God would make of Abram a great nation. God showed him heaven and promised that his descendants would be as numerous as the stars. But Abram had no children. For many years she married, but his wife, Sarah, was barren.
Abram had a concubine named Hagar. Sara and Abram decided that God wanted him, Abram, had children with Hagar. Abram had a son with Hagar. His name was Ishmael. However, this was not the way in which God would bless the family of Abram.
When Abram was ninety-nine years, God gave him the covenant of circumcision and changed his name to Abraham. The name "Abram" means "exalted father". The name "Abraham" means "father of multitudes." God promised a miracle child. He promised that his barren wife, Sarah, have a child. Abraham believed God. Many years later the apostle Paul wrote:
Abraham believed against hope, so became the father of many nations, according to what was spoken, So shall thy seed be. Without becoming weak in faith, he was very aware of your body already dead (since he had almost a hundred years) and the deadness of Sarah's womb. But no doubt the promise of God through unbelief. Rather, it was strengthened in faith, giving glory to God, fully convinced that God, who had promised, he was able to do so. For this reason it was counted for righteousness. (Romans 4:18 - 22)
This son was named Isaac miraculous. Today the children of Isaac are so numersos as the stars of heaven, just as God promised.
2. Another great promise God made to Abraham was that he would inherit the land of Palestine. This also happened when I was living. But Abraham still believed God. That land became known as "the Promised Land." The children of Abraham as Abraham believed that someday God would give them the land He had promised them. Today, that promise has been fulfilled.
3. Another promise to Abraham was that "in thy seed shall be blessed all the families of the earth." This was a promise about Jesus. Abraham died aproximadamente1, 900 years before the birth of Jesus. Abraham still believed God. Jesus said, "Abraham your father rejoiced to see my day. He saw it and was glad." (John 8:56) Jesus Abraham did not see with human eyes, but saw Jesus through the eyes of faith.
Perhaps the most important lesson we learn from Abraham, therefore, has to do with the forgiveness of sins. Abraham was a sinner. On two separate occasions, even defended his wife, but said she was his sister. However, because of their faith, God saw that Abraham was a righteous man. (Genesis 15:6)
If you have faith like Abraham, will have their sins forgiven and God shall be fair. The apostle Paul told the Galatians in this way:
So are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus, for all of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus. And if you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham's offspring, heirs according to promise. (Galatians 3:267 - 29)
Also, Abraham obeyed God. Perhaps the most difficult mandate had to obey was to sacrifice his son Isaac. Abraham was willing to do that. His faith was so strong that he believed that God was able to raise Isaac from the dead. When God saw that Abraham was willing to obey, even at the sacrifice of his son, Isaac was saved.
Later James wrote:
Was not justified by works our father Abraham, when he offered his son Isaac on the altar? You see that faith was active along with his works, and faith was completed by works. And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham believed God, and it was reckoned as righteousness, and was called the friend of God. (James 2:21 - 23)
Abraham is mentioned many times in the Bible and God used him to teach us many lessons.

JACOB PELICULA COMPLETA, STATEMENT OF THE LESSON *

1.  "ORO ISAAC A JEHOVÁ" (v. 21)

2.  "NO HUBO OPORTUNIDAD PARA EL ARREPENTIMIENTO" (v. 7)

GUARDE TU CASA, Y CUIDES TU ENTRADA Y TU SALIDA.
QUE LA GRACIA DEL PADRE, DEL HIJO Y DEL ESPÍRITU SANTO, ESTÉN CONTIGO SIEMPRE.
ESTO ES UNA CORTESÍA, DE ESTE TU MINISTERIO PROFÉTICO, Y MISIONERO.

STATEMENT OF THE LESSON
INTRODUCTION

The Bible has been called "the book of pictures of redemption." In its pages are unique descriptions of God's people. In today's lesson we will consider the picture of Esau, to whom the book of Hebrews describes him as a layman (12:16).

Esau was the twin brother of Jacob, and both were grandsons of Abraham and the children of Isaac and Rebekah. The story of Esau is composed of four main segments: (1) their folly in selling his birthright to Jacob for a mess of pottage (25:27-34), (2) his marriage to the pagan Hittites (26:34-35 ), (3) his failure to recover the patriarchal blessing shortly before the death of his father (27:30-40), and (4) the renewal of his brotherly relationship with his brother Jacob (33:1-17) . Today's lesson is concerned primarily with the sale of the birthright and the implications of this transaction so tragic.

I. THE BIRTH OF THE TWO TWINS
(Genesis 25:19-23)

In what ways is the place of Israel and the birth of these twins included in God's purpose?
1. "Isaac entreated the Lord" (v. 21)

After 20 years of waiting, Isaac and Rebekah became the proud parents of twins Esau and Jacob. In the same way as other famous Jewish women as Sarah, Rachel and Anna, Rebecca had no family but even in his old age. Isaac of course worried about the sterility of his wife and his father was worried, prayed fervently for an heir and the LORD heard him (v. 21). The birth of Esau and Jacob was a miraculous event as it had been his own birth (17:15-21). The history of the covenant people is full of divine interventions in favor.
2. "Two nations are in thy womb"

"And two peoples shall be separated from thy strange, the one people shall be stronger than the other people, and the elder shall serve the younger."

The rivalry of these two brothers was more than just a prediction. The tension between two nations is foreshadowed by the struggle of those paternal twins, the nation of Israel (the children of Jacob) and Edom (descendants of Esau). This racial struggle continues today in the Middle East. The place of Israel in God's plans and the history of mankind is not due to an accident of place or time, but a matter of God's plan. The larger of the twins, Esau, would serve the younger, Jacob (Israel).
3. THE BIRTH OF TWINS (vs. 24-26)

When the twins were born, their appearance was quite different: the highest was "red" (Hebrew Admoni, a derivative of another name Esau, Edom, v. 30). It was also very hairy, and it was precisely because of this physical characteristic that they named him Esau. At the time of birth, Jacob was born holding on the heel of his brother, so they named him Jacob, meaning "he who grasps the heel" or "supplanter". Later Jacob would reveal the nature of his name to buy tricked Esau's birthright (vs. 29-34).

III. The misfortune of favoritism
(Genesis 25:27-28)

In what sense Isaac and Rebecca contributed to the tension between his two sons?
1. "And the boys grew" (v. 27)

Growing up the twins who, in other respects their difference became more marked. Their temperaments were opposed. His aspirations took different directions. Of course to some extent this is right because God does not expect us all to be identical at our disposal, or profession. Esau became a man who loved the outdoors, an adventurous hunter. Jacob decided to be a shepherd, living in tents and liked to take care of their flock.
2. PARENTAL FAVOURITISM (v. 28)

Surely that Isaac and Rebekah did not take deliberate action that they would take the course for their children to grow up with serious differences between them. But favoritism did just that. Isaac favored Esau for several reasons. First, Isaac loved Esau hunted meat. Second, it seemed to go getting old, the strength of his son Esau gave him some security and protection.

Rebekah loved Jacob instead. She was a strong woman, sure of herself, she saw in the contemplative and calm Jacob, the spitting image of the husband she loved. Unfortunately, your favoritism led to extremes. She was so zealously interested in the future of Jacob, which was proposed to devise a plan for it to unscrupulous have advantages over its older brother. It may have been motivated by the Lord's word that "The elder shall serve the younger" (v. 23). But his problem was that she was very concerned to take matters into their own hands. Instead of putting the future in the hands of God. Good reasons do not justify the wrong actions. The ends do not justify the means.

III. THE SALE OF THE BIRTHRIGHT
(Genesis 25:29-34)

In what sense the sale of the birthright reveals the character of Esau?
1. "Feed me" (v. 30)

Once Esau returned from a hunting expedition, and was tired and hungry. Jacob, who was a good cook, had prepared a stew. But instead of inviting his brother to eat, Jacob offered him of that "red stuff" in exchange for his birthright. He knew "that the birthright was transferred to a younger brother through an agreement" (BBC). Esau was hungry and that's a good appetite is a sign of good health. All human desires to be regarded with esteem and reverence were given by God. There is nothing wrong in itself. The trouble comes when not used properly. Thirst is normal, but need not be satisfied by means of alcoholic beverages. The fact is that all human desires to be our servants not our tyrants.
2. "Sell me" (v. 31)

Jacob made a ridiculous proposition to his brother. And he wanted the rights that belonged to the eldest son. His desire for patriarchal blessings were not wrong in themselves. What was wrong in the way he wanted to achieve. He took advantage of the hunger of his brother and got what you want, for the price of one meal. The birthright was of material and spiritual blessings, the father's legal right in the position it was in the tribe (27:29), a double portion of the assets of the father (Deuteronomy 21:15-17), and a place of leader to carry on the spiritual heritage of his people (12:1-3,7).
3. "Despised the birthright" (v. 34)

Esau was a secularist. He was concerned with the purely physical and material. Carelessly put aside spiritual blessings. "And he ate and drank, and left. Thus Esau despised his birthright" (v. 34). "When it has usually led to the appetites, the time will come that your domain will be as imperative on us that we will be insensitive, we can not respond to any other demand" (Richard S. Taylor).

But each of us to be content with express words of condemnation for Esau, but his example reminds us that every day there are people who make moral values aside for a moment of pleasure in sin. Let us Esau box serves as reminder to keep us in the life of holiness.

IV. THE SCHEME FOR THE BIRTHRIGHT
(Genesis 27-28:9)

What were the consequences of that act of fraud to ensure the birthright?
1. "When Isaac was old" (27:1)

In chapter 27 we find that when Isaac was old, his eyes darkened, and he knew that his days were numbered, so I planned to give patriarchal blessings to Esau. Obviously he was not aware of the differences that had arisen between his two sons (25:29-34). So when Esau left the house, his mother Rebecca planned the ruse to get the blessing to Jacob (27:5-17). "In the hour of crisis ... it is morally shattered. All his wit, and ability to make quick decisions and set a course of action is paralyzed by fear, fear that his favorite son was not recognized properly" (BBC). Their sinister plan succeeded. The blessing that belonged to Esau was granted to Jacob (27:18-29).
2. "Arise, go" (28:2)

Rebecca immediately realized that the son whom he loved, he had to leave home. Under the excuse that his son should not marry a daughter of Heth, which were pagan Canaanites (27:41), she made all arrangements for your child to go to Padan-aram. In this way Jacob left his home with father's blessing (28:1-5). The thought being out for a short time (27:44). But the early "days", became 20 years. Rebekah never saw her favorite son. She and Jacob had been successful with their ploy, but the price they paid was high.

V. THE HIGH COST OF SECULARISM
(Genesis 12:15-17)

In what sense secularism is the opposite of the way of holiness?
1. "AN UNHOLY" (v. 16)

The writer of Hebrews calls Esau "profane", but not in the sense that he was a common slanderer, but in the sense that he had taken things of spiritual value too lightly. His love for earthly things made him lose his spiritual sensitivity. His interest in secularism made him prefer the things of time, rather than the eternal. He followed the opposite path of the person seeking "Follow peace with all men and holiness without which no man shall see the Lord" (Hebrews 12:14).
2. "There was no place for repentance" (v. 7)

This verse gives us a warning of the high cost of materialistic life. Surface is not an error to reject the spiritual privileges which are ours. On the other hand the sacred writer is not saying that those who follow in the footsteps of Esau will not find forgiveness of their sins and know the eternal joy of salvation. Rather, he is reminding us that there are some things that the tears of repentance can not do. There are certain consequences of sin that can not be revoked. Read the Biblical admonition: "Esau, who for one morsel of meat sold his birthright. For you know that afterward, he would have inherited the blessing he was rejected, and no place for repentance, though he sought it carefully with tears" (Hebrews 12:16 -17).

CONCLUSION

Esau is the common type of intemperance, is the prototype of the man who put all their efforts and interests distorting the values: one who cares nothing but to satisfy their need or what he believes is at the moment, whim and no more. What of the future, whether yours or those dependent on him, do not care.

The birthright was a tremendous privilege and honorable to not many centuries ago. The biggest was heir to the highest degree of the family, the throne, when it came to kings, the greatest possessions, name, etc.. But Esau, besides all this, involving the Messianic promise, the head of a religious family, a special and holy people, but nothing mattered. The blowhard of Esau preferred the mess of pottage.

The sect of spiritual and moral descendants is immense. There is a moment in the lives of all, when we have before us "our mess of pottage," when something is at our table to deviate from the "way of holiness", something to satisfy at the time and that it will deviate from the eternal values . A poor choice ruined forever Esau. A bad choice can ruin the best God has for us in the future.

We can all think of young people whom God called to ministry. Promised much and certainly would have been great for the Lord, but one day they began to desire "stew" of someone else. They started tasting and tasting, until the material made them lose their vision, and if managed "their lentils," may never come to glimpse what God had for them. What no one be like Esau! Rather be like Moses who rejected the material looking to pay.

Esau was a secularist. He was interested in meeting the physical and material desires. Carelessly stepped aside and spiritual blessings by a single meal sold his birthright. "And he ate and drank, and left. Thus Esau despised his birthright. "" When he has usually led to the appetites, the time will come that your domain will be as imperative on us that we will be insensitive, we can not respond to any other application "

We should not be content with express words of condemnation for Esau, but his example reminds us that every day there are people that make the Christian life aside for a moment of pleasure in sin. Let us Esau box serves as reminder to keep us in the life of holiness. The sacred writer tells us that there are consequences of sin that can not be solved not with tears. So we must constantly strive to live in holiness.PEACE TO THE DESCENDANT OF ABRAHAM, BY GENESIS, WOULD YOU LIKE THE SANDS OF descendants MAR.WHO WILL TELL THE SAND OF THE SEA? HOW WOULD YOU PUT GOD IN A FIST.I LOVE YOU PEOPLE, PLEASE you enjoyed .. GOD EXISTS AND EXIST, THE LORD JESUS. SAVE YOUR HOME AND YOUR ENTRY watch your OUT.THE POWER OF THE FATHER, THE SON AND THE HOLY SPIRIT, YOU ARE ALWAYS.
THIS IS A COURTESY, THIS YOUR PROPHETIC MINISTRY AND MISSION.

Read the story of Jesus in the Synoptic GospelsLeas la historia de Jesus en los evangelios sinópticos,

Jesús o Jesucristo (Jesús o Cristo; Belén, h. 6 a. Profeta: TERESA AQUINO. Leas los evangelios sinópticos Jesus or Jesus Christ (Jesus or Christ, Bethlehem, h. 6 a. C. - Jerusalem, c. 30 d. C.) Preacher Jewish founder of the Christian religion, whose followers believe the Son of God. The name of Christ means the anointed one in Greek and becomes a title equivalent to Messiah. The life of Jesus is told in the Gospels written by some of the early Christians. Jesus was born into a poor family in Nazareth, son of Joseph and Mary. While Christian civilization has imposed the account of the years from the supposed moment of his birth (which would begin with the first year of our era), it is known that he was actually born a little earlier, it was in the days of King Herod , who died in 4 BC It was precisely the persecution of Herod which led to the family after the circumcision of Jesus, to take temporary refuge in Egypt. The Gospel story surrounding the birth of Jesus in a series of miracles that are part of the Christian faith, as he lowered genealogy of King David, the virginity of Mary, the Annunciation of the event by an angel and adoration of the newborn by shepherds and astronomers of the East. Moreover, the childhood of Jesus proceeded normally in Nazareth, where his father worked as a carpenter. The Baptism of Jesus, Guido Reni By the age of thirty Jesus began his brief public life preaching joining his cousin, John the Baptist. After listening to his sermons, Jesus was baptized in the Jordan River, when John pointed to as an incarnation of the Messiah promised by God to Abraham. John was soon arrested and executed by Herod Antipas, rushing to continue his preaching Jesus Christ. Addressed primarily to the masses, among which recruited a group of faithful followers (the twelve apostles), with which toured Palestine. He preached a review of the Jewish religion based on love of neighbor, detachment from material goods, forgiveness and hope of eternal life. His teaching simple and poetic parables and punctuated by announcing a future of salvation for the humble, he found a certain echo among the poor. His popularity increased when news ran the miracles attributed his followers, as proof of the supernatural powers of Jesus Christ. This popularity, coupled with their direct accusations against the moral hypocrisy of the Pharisees, eventually worry the powerful in the moment. Jesus was accused before the Roman governor, Pontius Pilate, for having publicly proclaimed Messiah and King of the Jews, if the first was true, and reflected a conflict of the new faith with traditional religious structures of Judaism, the latter ignored the fact that the proclamation of Jesus as king was metaphorical, referring to the "kingdom of God" and without questioning the political powers. Conscious that his end was approaching, Jesus celebrated a last supper to say goodbye to his disciples after he was arrested while praying on the Mount of Olives, apparently with the help of one of them, named Judas. Thus began the Passion of Christ, a process that would lead to death after suffering many hardships, and with it gave his disciples an example of sacrifice in defense of their faith, they assimilate exposed to martyrdom during the persecution that followed. Jesus was tortured by Pilate, who, however, preferred to leave the fate of the prisoners in the hands of the local religious authorities, they decided to put him to death by crucifixion. The cross, an instrument of torture usual at the time, later became the basic symbol of the Christian religion. The Crucified Christ of Velázquez The Gospels say that Jesus was resurrected on the third day of his death and ascended to heaven. Judas committed suicide, repented of his treachery, while the remaining apostles were scattered in the Mediterranean world to preach the new religion, one of whom, Peter, was at the head of the Church or community of Christian believers, by decision of Jesus Christ. Soon be incorporated into the preaching new converts, among them being Paul of Tarsus, who promoted the spread of Christianity beyond the borders of the Jewish people. The work of Paul that Christianity had ceased to be a schismatic Jewish sect and be transformed into a universal religion, the new religion spread to the ends of the Roman Empire and later from Europe, spread throughout the rest of the world until now became the largest religion of humanity (though it is divided into various denominations, including Roman Catholic, Greek Orthodox and various Protestant). TENER SENSIBILIDAD HUMANA* HAVE HUMAN SENSITIVITY *

HAVE HUMAN SENSITIVITY * True beauty is not in the staff appearance of an individual, but in the sensibility of his heart, clutching his fellow man, we see someone who we mention in this article, which showed a huge human sensitivity, from a Biblical perspective. Who was this man? Simon of Cyrene helps Jesus carry the Cross: see what it reveals the word of God in the synoptic gospel. Matthew 27:32; 32 When they found a man out of Cirenes, named Simon: him they compelled to carry his cross. Mark 15:21. They forced 21 passerby, Simon of Cyrene, father of Alexander and Rufus, coming from the country, to bring him the cross. Biblical Reflections "THE GOOD SAMARITAN. Gospel of Luke 10:25-37. 10:25 And behold a certain lawyer stood up and said to test him, Master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life? 10:26 He said, What is written in the law? How do you read? 10:27 And he answering said, Thou shalt love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all thy soul and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind and thy neighbor as thyself. 10:28 And he said, Thou hast answered right: this do, and live. 10:29 But he wanted to justify himself, said unto Jesus, And who is my neighbor? 10:30 And Jesus answering said, A certain man went down from Jerusalem to Jericho and fell among thieves, which stripped him and beat him, and departed, leaving him half dead. 10:31 came down a certain priest that way and saw him, passed by. 10:32 And likewise a Levite, when he was at the place and saw him, passed by. 10:33 But a Samaritan, as he journeyed, came near him, and saw him, had compassion; 10:34 and came and bound up his wounds, pouring oil and wine, and set him on his donkey, took him to an inn and took care of him. 10:35 Another day he took out two coins, and gave the innkeeper, and said: Take care of him, and whatever more you spend, I will pay you when you return. 10:36 Who, then, these three do you think was neighbor unto him that fell among the thieves? 10:37 He said, He that showed mercy on him. Jesus said: Go and do likewise. "Human Sensitivity Articles" (1) Our Lord, showing his wisdom, taught us a fine education, which means in fact, human sensitivity. Jesus begins by stating as a thousand ways we can be insensitive to others' pain. There are so many excuses, from "I have no time", "that's not my problem" to "is a matter of governments or politicians." Indeed, human sensitivity, you can even teach at universities and colleges, but not practiced. Moreover, we can preach all religions, and sometimes in some not living. It is very serious when we no longer shakes a sick child without resources, or see a helpless old man, or come to mock a man insane. It is painful when one is indifferent to people to work, or unmarried, educated or not, have a decent roof or not. It's sad when you hear people say they are poor, and therefore do not suffer, no matter who live in ranch, no matter who do not have transportation because they do not realize, we do, because we are in another class. It is unfortunate when you hear people say, well, it is important that a home was destroyed, totally not the first, or killed someone, or stole, well not the first nor the last. Instead, the Divine Master gives us an example of someone who is injured by a robbery, and left half dead, and the only one who comes close is a man of his own people, rather a bit off for political reasons and religious. But he passes over prejudice and lower mount, personally served, heals, saves his life, put it in a safe place, support it materially, but especially emotional and humanly. No speech, no promises, but it does run, manifested in works his faith, his love of neighbor, his charity, his fraternity. In short, this is a good man, full of human feeling. He felt if the pain of others. He was concerned if the suffering of his brother, a human is. I hope that we too follow that example, and through faith, works always have a great human and social sensitivity. We read this article on the subject: (2) Being responsive means being on the alert to everything happening around us. It goes beyond a state of mind, and laugh or mourn, feeling grief or joy at all. The person who is sensitive listening, comforting and encouraging a friend in good times or bad times. Sensitivity is interest, concern, cooperation and generous toward others. The value of human sensitivity is the ability that we humans to sense the mood, the mode of being of individuals, the nature of the circumstances in which they are at any given time, to act properly for the benefit of other. At different times in our lives we have sought affection, understanding and care, and sometimes we do not find that person that meets our needs. The sensitivity allows us to discover in the other the "other self" feels and thinks and needs our help. One must distinguish sensitivity of sentimentality. The latter is synonymous with superficiality, vulgarity, or weakness. Some people seem to be harsh and insensitive, not to commit and engage in issues beyond their responsibility is therefore outside the afflictions they are uncomfortable and other procedures, annoying. They think that each person has enough with their own problems to deal with others. Indifference is the worst enemy of sensitivity. The worst thing is to show that indifference family. Parents who would not find out what their children are learning, what they see on television, which follow fashion, what they do with their money, they acquire habits or friends who have. Do not listen, do not understand and do not ignore them. Do not talk to them or ask them, because they do not communicate, either clueless or just do not want. Strangely enough, become insensitive even to themselves. They follow the ephemeral and immediate pleasure devoting much time to personal amusement. Should undertake the task of knowing more. Many times we only know the names of people or information they give us another, and without knowing really criticize without knowing fully what happens, the magnitude of their major concerns or health problems. Everything would be much better and easier if we had a genuine interest in others. We live surrounded by news about social problems, corruption, insecurity, poverty, distribution of wealth so unequal and unfair. And without looking at the bottom of things, without knowing or interest to know, we do not realize that we naturalizing and let part of our lives without trying to change. We let "others" think and make decisions. The sensitivity makes us more proactive and participatory, it is not correct to consider these problems believing we are immune and we do not ever affect. The sensitivity makes us wake up to reality, discovering that affects everyone. With common sense and good training of criteria, we can meet all kinds of problems, with the hope and security to do good putting all our capabilities to serve all who need it. The opposite of all this is insensitivity, is pure selfishness and nothing less than complete indifference. Lack of love for others. "Love others as you love yourself" ... would be wonderful if that drive him to practice ... Would we know it, really?. If there's anything that I can take pride, is knowing love all my family and friends. Busy to serve me my father in the last two years of his life, and keep his memory in my heart, for the sensitivity that his treatment, his personality and his great love, has given me.
